Payment Policy
An initial payment of 15% of the total booking amount is due upon booking, with full payment due no later than 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in.
House Rules
1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later, and check-out is by 10:00 am - The home is in the Central time zone. If extenuating circumstances require an exception to these times, we will do our best to accommodate them, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee approval. Please notify us of any issues you encounter with the home within the first hour of check-in.
2. MAX OCCUPANCY: There is a maximum of eight (8) person overnight occupancy, including children (2 years of age or older). Please account for all adults and children in your guest count when booking. The person booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old, be present at the home for the duration of the booking, and be responsible for the behavior of all guests. Please have all guests review and agree to these House Rules before your stay.
3. PETS: We love dogs! We allow one dog per stay, disclosed at the time of booking, and subject to a pet fee, provided that the dog is under 40 pounds and is housebroken. We ask that the dog be supervised at all times in the home, never left unattended (except in a crate), and not allowed on beds or other furniture. Sorry, cats are not permitted.
4. PARKING: The home can accommodate up to three passenger cars, pickup trucks, or SUVs. Recreational vehicles (RVs) and trailers are not permitted in the community, and parking on the lawn is not allowed.
5. MONITORING: For security reasons, a doorbell camera is installed outside the home, along with a security camera covering the front yard and street. There are no cameras inside the house.
6. SMOKING: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home.
7. QUIET HOURS: Although the home is very private, loud sounds can carry to our neighbors’ houses, so we ask that quiet hours be respected. Please, no loud music or voices after 9:00 pm or before 8:00 am. Parties are not permitted at the home, in accordance with Airbnb's policy.
